GNW Volleyball schedule has changed. Lady Tigers are in action @ Northwestern vs. Gillespie tonight, 8/25/25. They play in the Roxana Tournament tomorrow, 8/26/25.
Mrs. Willis and Mrs. Coffey are gauging interest for student participation in traveling to the Fox Theater to watch the Broadway production of The Outsiders. Many students have read this in class with Mrs. Willis and Mrs. Coffey is continuing to teach it to her students.
The performance is Friday, January 9th at 7:30 pm. It is followed by an Educational Encore where the cast comes out and answers questions. In order to secure seats, we have to place 50% down on our tickets. At our discounted rate, tickets will be $48 a piece. To secure your seat, students need to provide a non-refundable $24 to Mrs. Coffey or Mrs. Willis by next Friday, August 22nd.
We are seeking and hope to attain some grant funding to assist with the remainder of the ticket cost and transportation. However, we can not guarantee that at this time. Should that fall through, the remainder of the ticket price ($24) will be due December 5th. There may also be a small transportation fee should we not be able to secure funding.

Yard signs are available for purchase for Tiger Athletics. We do one bulk order that is delivered to Mrs. Coffey and distributed upon arrival. The signs are one sided and are weather resistant. The link below will allow you to add personal information (name, number, mascot). There is a 2-3 week turn around from the order deadline. Signs are available for football, cheer, volleyball, band, basketball, golf, softball and baseball. Please contact Mrs. Coffey with any questions - morgancoffey@greenfieldschools.org.

Greenfield Elementary School and Greenfield High School (including the fitness center) will be closed to everyone starting on Sunday, August 10, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. and will reopen on Monday, August 11, 2025 at 5:00 a.m. These areas will be off limits to everyone during these dates and times. HS Golf is now a GNW co-op sport. If you are interested in participating, there will be a player/parent meeting on Monday, 7/21 @ 7:30PM @ NW Baseball/Softball Complex.
Please schedule school/sports physicals before school starts.
Player/Parent meetings will be held on Monday, July 21 @ NW Baseball/Softball Complex for JH Baseball (6:30PM), JH Softball (7PM), and HS Golf (7:30PM). Attendance is important if you are interested in playing.
If your 6th-8th grade girl is interested in playing JH Softball, please text or call Coach Heather McEvers to sign your daughter up. Practice begins July 29th. Thank you!
