Class of 2026 - Future Educator Scholarship is available and due April 17, 2026. This is for students pursuing a career as an educator. Applications were emailed to all Seniors, are available on the school website under Scholarships or are available in the folders outside the counselor's office.

Elementary Picture Day is March 26th, mark your calendar! No order is due now. You may receive an email shortly after Picture Day to view and order the picture. ISBE recognized the 2026 Illinois Teacher of the Year Cohort at a celebratory reception in Normal on Saturday, March 14th. Our very own Ms. Noelia Martinez-Voigt was in attendance as the winner of the Outstanding Early Career Educator of the Year in Illinois. GHS Student Council/Red Cross Blood Drive will be held on March 24 in the GHS gym from 8:30AM-1:30PM. Please go to redcrossblood.org to schedule your appointment or call the HS office at 217-368-2219. Donations help save lives and result in scholarship money for the Class of 2026.

Little League sign ups will be held in the Elementary Cafeteria this Sunday and next Sunday from 4-6.
Pre-K Screening for Fall 2026 is March 17th.

8th Grade Volleyball Regional at Palmyra tonight has updated start times. The first game begins at 5:30 PM. Greenfield vs. Pleasant Hill will start 20 minutes after the first game concludes.
Parent-Teacher Conferences are this Wednesday and Thursday, March 11-12th. Students will be dismissed at 1:45 both days and there is no school on Friday, March 13th.
REMEMBER: if students are too sick to stay at school, they are too sick to come back for an after-school activity. If you need more details on this, please refer to the Elementary Handbook pages 5-7.
