Hello staff, students, parents, and community, I hope you’ve had a wonderful summer and are enjoying these last few weeks before the start of the school year! Over the past week, I’ve heard a few rumors and received several questions about whether school will begin on time due to our construction projects. I wanted to provide everyone with a quick update. I’ve remained in regular contact with Omni, our construction manager, as well as our contractors, and I’ve been walking through our buildings multiple times each week. I’m happy to report that all construction projects are currently on schedule—or even slightly ahead of schedule. If you were to walk into the elementary school today, you might not think we’re on track, but a tremendous amount of work has been completed, and everything is progressing as planned. The high school and lower elementary projects are expected to be finished first, with the north end of the elementary scheduled to be completed last. At this time, we fully expect to begin school as scheduled and are excited for our students and staff to experience these updated learning spaces. Once school has been in session for a few weeks and everything is complete, we plan to host a community open house so everyone can come see the incredible improvements that have been made throughout our buildings. GNW Football Orange and Black game WILL be held Friday, August 14 @ 7PM @ Fleur-de-Lis Field. More information coming later about meal and Punt, Pass and Kick.

Championship day didn’t end the way we had hoped, but we couldn’t be more proud of this team. Tiger Trap was one of the youngest squads at the National Championship. While many teams were made up entirely of juniors and seniors, our lineup included students from eighth grade through sophomore year. This group earned its way into the championship round by finishing 25th out of 234 squads. They wrapped up the competition with a 39th-place finish out of the 80 championship teams in the nation. That is an accomplishment to be proud of. The future of Tiger Trap is incredibly bright. This experience will only make these young athletes stronger, and we can’t wait to see what they accomplish in the years ahead. Congratulations on an outstanding season, Tiger Trap! Your hard work, dedication, and sportsmanship represented our school and community well. We are all incredibly proud of you!

The high school gym will be off limits starting today, July 13, 2026 through the next July 26, 2026 due to the gym floor reconditioning. Activities may resume on Monday, July 27, 2026. Thank you and have a great rest of your summer!

What a great day for our Greenfield Trap Team at the USA High School Clay Target League National Championship! We are excited to announce that four of our shooters have advanced to tomorrow’s Individual National Championship: • Logan Rynders • Linden Rynders • Blane Jackson • Owen Rives A special honorable mention goes to Clayton Bauer, who shot an outstanding 95 out of 100. Unfortunately, because of the tournament’s qualification rules, that score was just outside the top 400 needed to advance. Clayton represented Greenfield incredibly well, and we are very proud of his performance. Tomorrow will be another exciting day as our team competes in the National Team Championship in the morning, followed by the Individual Championship in the afternoon. Congratulations to all of our shooters, coaches, and families. We are proud of the way you continue to represent Greenfield CUSD #10 on the national stage. Go Tigers! 🧡🖤

Our Deepest Condolences to the Family of Kyle Cox

The Greenfield Tiger family extends its heartfelt condolences to Brandie, Kylie, Dylan, Jacob, and Henry on the loss of their beloved husband and father, Kyle.

Kyle dedicated many years to serving our students as a PeeWee and Junior High Boys Basketball coach. Through his time and commitment, he helped shape the lives of young athletes both on and off the court. He was also a longtime supporter of Greenfield athletics and a proud member of our Tiger community.

Kyle's impact will be remembered by the many students, families, coaches, and community members whose lives he touched over the years.

We ask our Tiger family to keep Brandie and their children in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. May they find strength, comfort, and peace in the support of those around them.
